REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
SHANE strictly believes in producing quality products to all our customers, and that is our standard.
All products have 14-day exchange and refund policy after the date which the shipment is received, and must meet our criteria:
Product Return Procedures
- The product/s has/have defective qualities prior to delivery.
- The product/s received do not match the order.
**Customer will be responsible for the additional fee for returning the products.
To request for product return, please report your case to email@example.com with full details of the product/s, reason for returning and image files as proof.
All product return requests will be evaluated by SHANE, each case must comply with terms and conditions for the return to be completed. Upon completion, customer may choose either one of the following options :
Duration For Product Evaluation
- Exchange for a new item of the same type of product
- Credit Voucher for future purchase
Product evaluation process takes 5 – 7 business days, starting from the first day which the product/s is returned to HARNN. In extraordinary circumstances, evaluation may take longer than 7 business days. Refund Policy
Refund is only applicable to products sold at regular price. Promotional items may not be applicable for refund process. Refund policy does not cover the shipment fee for returning the product
Product Distribution / Shipping
Shipment is paused on Saturday and Sunday, and on company’s holiday.
